In a pride of lions the females do most of the hunting and make most of the kills to feed the pride.  They are very stealthy as hunters and seem to know instinctively whether they are down-wind or up-wind of prey.  They can sneak up on prey, especially in tall grass, and they pretty much have to because although they can run pretty fast and are quick, they cannot sustain running at high speeds very long.  They fail in attempts to kill prey more often than they are successful.  To watch a pride of female lions hunting as a team is exciting to me.  Many times they quietly stalk and then when the time is right, they ambush in a rush.  If a kill is made, they then have to be concerned with keeping it from other predators, especially hyenas, and of course the king of the jungle (male) gets whatever portion of the kill he wants.

I believe animals can teach us humans many things that are very valuable to us.  If we look at the wild female lion, for example, we will see perseverance, hard work, team-work, the need to rest (they sleep around 20 hours per day!),  and taking care of our own family.  That’s pretty important stuff that they do automatically.
